BELIEVE IN YOURSELF
In a small village, lived two best friends Adam & John. Adam was eleven years old and John was six years old. They always played together and lived their life happily.
One fine day, they both went outside the village for recreation. Whilst playing Adam fell into a well. Adam was crying loudly for help. John tried to find someone nearby but couldn't find one. After running here and there he found a bucket and a rope. Without giving a second thought he picked up the bucket and threw it in the well. Adam held the bucket and John applying all his strength pulled him out.
After coming out they hugged each other & cried. They were very happy, but all of a sudden a thought struck their mind. If they tell their families what had happened today they will surely bash them. With a fear in mind they headed home and told the whole story to their family members & neighbours. To their surprise all the villagers made fun of them and nobody believed in them. They thought the kids were just playing a prank.
In the entire village only one man believed them. All the villagers went to the man and asked how can you believe such a lie. John cannot even lift a bucket full of water how can he pull Adam out of the well. The villagers had a valid point and they insisted the old man to answer. The old man smiled and answered, the question here is not how did he pulled out Adam from well, that he has already answered; the question here is how could he pull Adam out. And the answer is quite interesting, he could do that because there was no one present there who told him that he "Could not do this, even he himself".
In our lives, we face many problems. Many a times we back out because there is always someone who tells us that we cannot do it or we cannot find a solution for the same. And many-a-times that someone is we our-self. No problem is big enough if we face it and believe in our self.
